Explore what the product could do, shape the experience, and devise the architecture behind it. I connect product ideas with data, interaction design, AI behavior, and the systems that have to support them.

Hands on the code: prototypes, AI features, agent and tool-calling systems, data pipelines, and the evaluation and privacy mechanisms that make them usable in production.
What you take away Working software in your repo, with tests and documentation that let someone else own it.
- GuideOngoing
A standing relationship with a founder or engineering team: develop ideas, spot blind spots, review architecture and code, and work through the decisions that shape the product. I have built and led an ML engineering organization and been chief architect at a company’s launch, and I still build.

What the work asks of us
A willingness to test the idea, change the design, and follow the evidence. A prototype can answer a question cheaply; the work that follows has to meet the demands of the people who will use it.
